| A tasty new client! ResourceBank is pleased to have launched a pilot project working with Kerry Foods in January. Kerry Foods, a division of Kerry Group, is a leading supplier of added-value and customer branded food products to major supermarket chains, convenience stores and independent retailers across the UK and Ireland. Their brands include Cheestrings, Brunchettas, Mattessons, Green’s Cakes, Homepride, Wall’s, Denny, Freshways and Richmond. Kerry Foods is also a leading producer of supermarket private label products such as chilled and frozen ready meals, cooked meats, pastry products, cheese and dairy products and sandwiches. They have headquarters in Tralee and Egham, and some 20 manufacturing facilities throughout the UK and Ireland, with an extensive distribution network in both countries. Resourcebank will be recruiting all commercial and UK head office roles for the duration of the project. |

| Iconic brand Aga turns the heat up! World renowned range manufacturer Aga, owners of premium brands Aga, Rayburn, Rangemaster, Fired Earth and Divertimenti, has launched a new partnership with ResourceBank to outsource all its recruitment. The new team of 5 are based at the Telford offices, close to Aga's own HQ. They will be tasked with recruiting c.300 people this year to support the ongoing growth of these enduring brands. ResourceBank is thrilled to be working with such a prestigious local company. |

| Amazon.co.uk launches global search A ResourceBank team of four has been tasked with conducting a global recruitment programme to locate specialist candidates for Amazon IT roles, including software development, technical writers and secuirty engineers. The team is looking to Australia, Japan, India, the US and Eastern Europe to fill these challenging roles. |

Pitney Bowes operate in 130 countries and generate revenues of over $5.7b. In the UK they are best known for their franking machines but offer a much broader range of services. The services include standalone franking machines, large integrated franking, insertion and sorting systems through to complete document process outsourcing. We are delighted to be working with the Field Sales team who are responsible for the sale and lease of products within the SME sector. |

| Terminal 5 project takes off A new landmark for London, Terminal 5 will be one of the world’s most exciting airport terminals, visually stunning and easy to use; a fitting gateway to the UK. Due to open on 30 March 2008, BAA’s £4.2 billion investment will cater for around 30 million passengers annually and provide much needed terminal and airfield capacity to ease congestion and enable Heathrow to maximise use of its existing runways. We are delighted to have been asked to support this exciting new development from a recruitment perspective. The World Duty Free Resourcing Centre has been set up from our Henley offices, and is tasked with helping to recruit the additional external 156 headcount needed to staff the retail aspect of Terminal 5. The timeframes are to complete this recruitment project by the end of February 2008, however the majority of the recruits are to be in place for Christmas! We are recruiting largely customer service operatives and specialist retail staff who will focus on specific areas. |

| ResourceBank ships team to VT In addition to winning contracts to build 3 Ocean Patrol Vessels, VT Shipbuilding have been confirmed as joint venture partners to build two new aircraft carriers for the Royal Navy, bringing guaranteed work to the yard well into the next decade. Our recruitment team, based within VT's Portsmouth Shipbuilding facility, will work alongside VT to recruit 100 challenging technical roles. |

| Growth in the Garden ResourceBank launched Wyevale Garden Centres brand new Resourcing Centre in January this year following a buyout by private firm, The Bauger Group. A dedicated team of five based at ResourceBank's Henley on Thames office, is recruiting nearly 600 staff for Wyevale in 2007 - from store managers and operations managers through to customer service advisors and catering staff. Using cutting edge technology, ResourceBank has created a bespoke 'Talent Screen' system to search and select recruits for Wyevale. Already its database tops 5000 individuals, with 80% of applicants completing the 'talent screen' tests. Jane Burton, the Wyevale Resourcing Centre Manager commented "this is a highly efficient system built to maximise results and the Resourcing Centre is an extension of the Wyevale business. Currently we place one person in every two interviewed and we can fill 96% of vacancies within six weeks." |

| Centralising Recruitment ResourceBank has launched ARC - the Aliaxis Resourcing Centre - to centralise recruitment services across the UK companies of this global group. Suppliers to the industrial, building and trade markets, Aliaxis comprises eight companies including Marley Plumbing and Drainage, Hunter Plastics and Durapipe. Worldwide the Aliaxis group employs 12,000 staff across 40 countries. Based at ResourceBank's Telford HQ, the ARC team of five is responsible for recruiting 80% of roles across the UK group including marketing, engineering, sales and manufacturing staff. Claire Silvester, HR manager at Aliaxis commented "The people agenda is critical to our business in attracting and retaining high calibre staff. The ARC will raise the profile of Aliaxis as an employer of choice in the marketplace and it will increase our efficiency while saving recruitment costs." |

| 13th RBR HR Directors Forum On Thursday 13th November from 5.30pm at the Mallory Court Hotel, Leamington Spa, ResourceBank present their 13th HR Directors Forum. Our guest speaker is Geoff Hall, Head of HR Operations for World Duty Free and his topic is Terminal 5 - Life After BAA. Geoff will relate the positive experiences of working on such a major initiative, revealing his frustrations at being over-shadowed by a barrage of negative media stories and also share the HR issues faced following BAA’s sale of World Duty Free to Autogrill, offering insight into the challenge of separating from a parent company, highlighting the lessons learned around integrating into an international business. |

| Retail Week Awards The Retail Week Awards are the biggest in the industry, over 1600 people attend this glamorous event to celebrate the best in retail. ResourceBank hosted a table with several clients, including Sainsbury's and Wyevale who were both on the Awards shortlist! Wyevale won 'Store Design of the Year' award for their Bicester store, beating off very stiff competitio from M&S, Boots and Mothercare. |
