	Issue one: May 2006 The 8th ResourceBank Recruitment HR Directors' Forum held at The Institute of Directors, Pall Mall, with guest speaker, Marc Bertrand. The Source is launched. This is the first issue of a twice-yearly bulletin outling the ResourceBank HR Directors' Forums. The HR Directors' Forum at the Institute of Directors (IoD) played host to an industry favourite, Marc Bertrand, now HR Director at Wyevale, formerly at Magnet, who gave an entertaining and enlightening presentation to reveal his "Outsourcing: A Guide for the Nervous Recruiter." He shared his own experiences with a personal guide on effective, painfree outsourced recruitment with HR Directors from a host of leading UK organisations including Innocent Drinks, Selfridges, LA Fitness and Courtauld Group. Karina Riddiford, asked the question, ‘do we let new recruits down?’. She tackled the thorny, and somewhat sensitive, issue of 'induction and integration' at the latest ResourceBank HR Forum held at Mallory Court, Leamington Spa. 	Issue three: June 2007 The 10th ResourceBank Recruitment HR Directors' Forum held at The Institute of Directors, Pall Mall with guest speaker, Sue LaVerne. Sue LaVerne, HR Director at Adams Childrenswear Ltd gave the keynote presentation at the tenth HR Forum, held at the IoD, and opened up a whole hornets' nest while discussing the topic of 'Venture capitalists'.
