Recruitment Administrator – Henley on Thames

Due to the exciting developments for our team based in beautiful Henley on Thames, we are looking to recruit an entry level recruiter / recruitment administrator who will play a key role in supporting a first class recruitment service to one of our key clients in the retail sector.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, your role will be to support on candidate attraction and engagement through timely and effective advertising and telephone interviewing. In addition, you will support on a range of recruitment co-ordination activities and reporting throughout the recruitment process.

You will be perfect in this role if you are a quick learner, can work with pace and under pressure, and above all love working within a team. You don’t need to have a recruitment background to be considered for this role, all new recruits are given full and comprehensive training. If you do have recruitment experience though, please do apply as that would be a bonus!
