Background
After a six year relationship with the business recruiting senior executives on a regular basis they asked RBR to design and develop a resourcing centre solution for them across the seven UK business units. A successful project saw the Aliaxis resourcing centre launched on 2rd April, 2007 to recruit a variety of appointments for the organisation – initial figures are up to 200 a year for two years.
