Background
Kimberly-Clark had previously utilised a variety of agencies and consultancies to recruit for their units. Kimberly-Clark had little 'employer brand' presence in the market place and inconsistent assessment processes and procedures.

Solution
ResourceBank worked closely with Kimberly-Clark to develop an approved recruitment process taking into account existing best practice and corporate requirements.

ResourceBank established a centre of excellence for recruitment staffed with a dedicated team made up of ResourceBank and Kimberly-Clark personnel. The Kimberly-Clark Recruitment Centre manages all permanent recruitment in the UK.

Results
The Kimberly-Clark Recruitment Centre recruited 250 people in year one, quickly meeting the joint objectives of reducing cost per hire, improving assessment rigour/consistency and building a respected employer brand.
