Attracting, hiring and rewarding Executives has become a topic of high media interest over the last few years. How does an HR Director devise an effective reward strategy which fits in with their business goals, rewards high achievers yet does not commit their firm to paying large bonuses for failure?
These challenges will be discussed and debated at the ResourceBank HR Forum taking place in the evening of the 23rd May 2013 at the Institute of Directors in London. This free evening invitation-only event attracts around 75 HR professionals every year from a wide range of companies including Selfridges, Tesco and GlaxoSmithKline.
Attendees this year will hear the views of remuneration expert Deborah Rees and then a panel of HR and remuneration directors, including Hazel Mitchell, HR Director of ITV,Kevin Ringrose, HR Director with Stock Spirits Group and Jonathan Davies, Interim Head of Reward, will share some practical experiences and take questions from attendees.
There is then an open discussion and networking session where attendees can share and learn from peers within the industry followed by a buffet dinner.
