A modern day knight in high-tech shining armour, Iron Man’s advanced and unrivalled technology helps him to fight crime and make the world a safer place. This is the second of our Super Hero profiles in the run up to the Innovation in Recruitment Summit on 18th September, where we’ll be featuring seven Super HeRoes to help solve your specific HR challenges.
Billionaire industrialist, Tony Stark, was wounded, captured and forced to build a weapon by his enemies. Instead he created an advanced suit of armour to save his life and escape captivity and in the process Iron Man was born, the most high-tech Super HeRo of all.
Since the creation of Iron Man, Stark’s genius level intellect has allowed him to create many military weapons, through his multi-million dollar corporation. Some of these, along with other technological devices of his making, have been integrated into his Iron Man suit.
Which HR Challenge would Iron Man’s skills be most suited to solving?
The key HR challenges below are the ones ResourceBank identified in 2013, but it’s up to you which Super HeRo you choose to solve your particular challenges.
• Attracting and recruiting talent
• Reward and recognition
• Leadership development
• Succession planning
• Employee engagement
• Business transformation/cultural change
If you’re attending the Innovation event we look forward to seeing you on the day. Even if you’re not attending, you can still take part by telling us which Super HeRo you would pick (and why) on Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook and the best suggestions will get a personalised Super HeRo of their own!
Tomorrow we’re focusing on Wonder Woman.
