Harri Demetrios has joined ResourceBank as interim Head of Assessment Services. Harri is a Business Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in people development, both as an internal assessment specialist and as an external consultant. She brings a wealth of experience across talent management including the design, delivery and management of assessment & development centres, leadership development and coaching.
Harri will work alongside ResourceBank Client Solutions Director Sarah Crocker to further develop the services provided by the RB Assessment Division, whilst Charlotte Todd-Smith goes on to maternity leave. Recent clients have included Pitney Bowes, YMCA, Net-a-Porter and Balfour Beatty. RB Assessment offers a range of assessment services which enable clients to make informed decisions on key topics such as talent identification, management and development, succession planning, selection and redundancy.
As a Business Psychologist, she is a Member of the British Psychology Society, the Division of Occupational Psychology and the Special Group in Coaching. She is an accredited assessor registered with the RQTU and holds BPS certificates in Test User: Occupational, Ability and BPS Test User: Occupational, Personality and is qualified to use a wide range of tools including OPQ, MBTI, NEO PR, Wave, Hogan, LJI and Dimensions.
