As far as possible the content will be led by individual needs and drivers but will include key elements such as CV feedback and development, interview practice as well as maximizing your job search.

3 Group Workshops - a more cost effective solution to delivering outplacement support for a group of people with similar needs. Our half day workshops will allow individuals to benefit from group feedback as well as focus on interviews and action planning for a job search.

A large number of our Consultants and Project Managers are fully trained and experienced in developing and delivering assessment centres and in fact this often is part of our full outsourced solutions for our clients. Exit Interviews
More and more we are being asked to provide an independent exit interview service to deliver invaluable independent, objective feedback to our clients.

This service recognises that people will often give bland answers to exit interviews conducted by their line managers when leaving – if they are conducted at all!
