One-off project leads to large scale recruitment support

ATS Euromaster was established in 1965 after the now parent company, Michelin, bought a number of small independent garages, thus forming Associated Tyre Specialists. In 1974 they extended their network buy buying 70 centres of the tyre brand Uniroyal.
In 1991 Euromaster was trademarked and ATS joined the Euromaster network becoming ATS Euromaster. Over this time the network and expertise continued to grow and in 1991 they became the first ever national tyre specialist to gain SAFEcontractor and CHAS approval.
In 2015 they celebrated their 50th year in business, and their history and experience make them one of the leading tyre and vehicle service providers in the UK.

We first collaborated with ATS when we worked with them to fill a HR Director position in 2018. From here a trial recruitment project was set up in 2019 to recruit 240 people into the business during a period of rapid growth, against very tight timescales. The success of this project meant that ATS continued to work with us to help fill many of their centre-based vacancies.

Prior to outsourcing their recruitment to us, ATS relied heavily on a very lean HR & Recruitment team to manage vacancies for multiple branches and business areas. Working with ResourceBank not only helped free up time for this busy team, but also meant we could standardise the recruitment process, creating a better experience for candidates.

The process was soon expanded to include ResourceBank managing the offer paperwork and reference processes for successful candidates.
