Charles Russell Speechlys approached ResourceBank looking for support to:
• Assess circa 1200 applications for their Training Scheme and Apprenticeship Programme • Streamline and develop the selection criteria for the current process • Make best recommendations for future strategic plans with a best practice approach.
ResourceBank assembled a team of 5 with the relevant skills and experience to work in partnership with Charles Russell Speechlys’ recruitment manager. This included a workshop to develop a standard assessment framework for scoring and re-defining the competencies, which were then tested and benchmarked ready for implementation.
Following training on both the system and the assessment framework screening and assessment commenced. All applicants were then ranked before being sent CRS all of this was achieved in less than a month and delivered the day after the closing date for applications.
