Established in 1995, we work in partnership with clients such as World Duty Free, Coats plc, Wolseley, DHL, SMT GB , Daikin, Imerys and Bellway Homes.
Even though we’re award winners, we don’t like the phrase “RPO”. For us, it’s not just about the process. It’s also about people; attraction, engagement, and onboarding of the right people! Most of all it’s about partnership. At ResourceBank we become your recruitment partner – your Outsourced Recruitment Partner (ORP).
As well as ORP, we have a dedicated Executive Search practice delivering bespoke search for leadership talent worldwide. And finally, we provide Engagement Services, helping HR teams to engage, retain, and develop great staff.

Richard founded ResourceBank in 1995 and has many years experience in delivering successful outsourced HR and recruitment solutions. Contact Richard for all ResourceBank services.
Sarah has significant expertise in recruitment partnerships as well as delivering HR and assessment projects. She manages our technology platforms.
Lisa heads the ResourceBank Executive Search service, delivering innovative executive search solutions for clients both in the UK and internationally.
Jenny joined ResourceBank in 2006 and has managed a multiple of successful recruitment partnerships for a number of clients. She is expert in all aspects of outsourced recruitment.
Part of the team for 14 years, Mahj is responsible for high volume, strategic recruitment partnerships for market leading retail and healthcare clients across the UK and Europe.
Melody manages a number of recruitment partnerships across a range of industries as well as managing our Next Steps Outplacement service. She has over 25 years HR experience.
Charlotte is a professional RPO expert. She helps companies develop tailored RPO solutions that effectively address their talent attraction challenges.
A member of our senior management team since 2004, Debbie is responsible for the smooth running and profitability of all areas of the business.
Steph plays a key role in driving and improving people focussed initiatives within ResourceBank. She ensures that we attract, retain and motivate the best talent to deliver for our clients.
Part of ResourceBank for 8 years, Imogen is the Head of Recruitment Marketing, developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and nurture potential candidates for our RPO clients. This includes creating careers websites to showcase our client’s culture, values, and opportunities, enticing the right talent.
A Senior HR, Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Specialist with a wealth of experience gained in over 20 years of running the people focused agenda for the organisations I have represented and successfully finding solutions for Professional Services clients which exceed internal, external and individual expectations.

Our History
ResourceBank was established in 1995 by Managing Director Richard Pearson. Having been asked by a client for a more creative approach to managing recruitment he decided to develop it himself and ResourceBank was launched.
The first two months of 2020 were the busiest we have ever seen. We hit record turnover and were providing services to the largest number of clients ever. Later in the year this was recognised when we won the award Best Outsourced Recruitment Business at the Recruiter Awards. However, when COVID-19 hit in March 2020, 80% of our customers stopped recruitment overnight. We adapted, provided "pay what you can" recruitment services to care homes, set up a "Kickstart" gateway service, and continued to support clients.

READ MOREIn 2010, our highly successful exit interview services were launched, and we are now the largest provider of independent exit interviews in the UK. The service has been extended to cover recent joiner interviews and annual engagement surveys.
READ MORE2007 was the year that our relationship with World Duty Free began. Heathrow’s Terminal Five was opening in March 2008 and our role was to recruit the 150-strong team with just 12 weeks’ notice. While the launch day teething troubles with the baggage handling are well-documented, World Duty Free was fully staffed (and ironically the new recruits were sent to other terminals to provide support the additional volume there).
READ MOREIt hasn’t all been plain sailing for the company, however, and 2002 was a particularly challenging year as the recession hit. However, when Magnet Kitchens approached the business about RPO, the hard work and experience that the company had gained came to fruition. Similar work quickly for other companies quickly followed, cementing ResourceBank’s new position as an RPO company offering long term long-term, strategic recruitment partnerships, rather than one-off projects.
READ MOREBy 1999 ResourceBank had hit it's first million pound turnover milestone and had won contracts with household names such as L’Oreal, Virgin, Kimberly Clark, Heineken and Halfords. ResourceBank moved to a dedicated office in Telford and over the years, the business has expanded at this location to purchase the whole building (now RBR House).
