Sarah is a chartered occupational psychologist having started her career in human resources within the manufacturing and telecommunications sectors. In her last corporate role, she was Group Head of Talent Management for Orange. Since becoming a consultant, Sarah has led many projects including HR Strategic Reviews, Talent Management, Leadership Model Development, Leadership Skills Workshops, Assessment Reviews & Design, and 360 Feedbacks. She has wide experience of profiling and assessing individuals and teams in both the public and private sector and enjoys seeing people develop and grow into new positions. Sarah has a BSc in Mathematics and Management Science and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is also a qualified career counsellor, executive coach and trained in numerous psychometric tests.
