Do you need Superman on your HR team?

We’re sponsoring the Innovation in Recruitment Summit 2014 this Thursday, September 18th, and our exhibition stand will feature seven Super HeRoes to solve your HR challenges. Could Superman be your Super HeRo?

Superman 2 219x268An alien from the planet Krypton who was raised in Smallville, Kansas, Superman became an American Super HeRo. Raised with high moral ideals, he uses his incredible strength, speed, flight and various other super powers to fight evil and protect the innocent. This is one Super HeRo who is well equipped to solve the world’s HR challenges at an international level. With the abilities to assist those in need at any time, no matter where they are in the world, no other Super Hero comes close to Superman.

With superhuman strength and intelligence, he is able to locate exactly who he is looking for at all times. Aided by a perfect memory and the gift of flight, no corner of the globe is unreachable and no information is forgotten or lost.

Having both hearing and vision at levels far beyond typical human abilities, these enable him to see and hear details others would miss. His X-ray vision enables piercing observations where others see only obstacles. As he can understand any language and travel anywhere, no possibilities can be ruled out.

Which HR Challenge would Superman’s skills be most suited to solving? Could his super human abilities be best suited to leadership development, or maybe ideal for business transformation and cultural change? The key HR challenges below are the ones ResourceBank identified in 2013, but it’s up to you which Super HeRo you choose to solve your particular challenges.

•     Attracting and recruiting talent
•     Reward and recognition
•     Leadership development
•     Succession planning
•     Employee engagement
•     Business transformation/cultural change
•     Productivity

If you’re attending the Innovation event we look forward to seeing you on the day. Even if you’re not attending, you can still take part by telling us which Super HeRo you would pick (and why) on Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook and the best suggestions will get a personalised Super HeRo of their own!

Tomorrow we’re focusing on The Incredible Hulk.
