IHRE18 – Flexible recruitment outsourcing

ResourceBank exhibited and provided a masterclass session at the In house recruitment summit in Telford on 9 October 2018.

The one day summit, part of the In House Recruitment Expo (IHRE) events, provided a platform for In-House recruitment managers to network with their peers, understand best practice and learn about new products and services which will help them find the best candidates and achieve organisational objectives.

We were promoting our view of flexible recruitment outsourcing – so our theme for the event was “pick and mix”, to demonstrate to potential clients that they only need to pick the parts of the recruitment process that they want to outsource.   The pick and mix sweetie stand proved very popular indeed!

Two of ResourceBank’s most experienced managers, Charlotte Todd-Smith and Mahj Hussain, provided a masterclass at 13:50 and shared their experiences of helping in house recruitment managers improve the effectiveness of their teams through using selective recruitment outsourcing.
