Next Steps Outplacement brings together 25 years of recruitment knowledge and 20 years of coaching and career transition experience, and we work with organisations and individuals day in day out to find people the next step in their career.

We understand people and our approach is simple and flexible. So you can choose from one of our pre-determined packages or we can put together a bespoke package that is right for you and your employees.

We have four main areas of support, each of which can be tailored based on the needs of your organisation and your employees:

Bespoke programmes

Career coaching from 3-6 months with a focus on long term goals,, building confidence and targeting the next career opportunity and beyond.

An intensive 1-month service

This prepares individuals for their job search including CV writing, job applications and interview preparation alongside access to online resources.

Personalised 1-1 support

A career coach for 2-3 months with a focus on the next career step or a change of sector or role.

Tailored workshops

Career and job search workshops for up to 8 individuals provided guidance and support in a focused learning session.

We act as a partner, not as a consultant and will be with you every step of the way whatever your journey to ensure everyone gets the support they need.
