What are the biggest challenges for HR right now?

Last month we ran a poll on LinkedIn asking ‘What recruitment challenges are you facing right now?

Nearly half of all respondents said they were struggling with finding enough time to recruit. With vacancies at an all-time high, and unemployment rates still falling it’s taking longer to find suitable skilled candidates.
